About the Practice
Bonny Mogano is a Specialist Wellness Counsellor registered with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP). Services are provided online and within the counsellor's professional scope of practice.
Website Use
The website provides general information about the practice and its services. It does not provide personalised counselling, diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance. Website content may be updated when necessary. Information and links provided by other websites may be subject to their own terms.
Enquiries and Bookings
Sending an enquiry does not guarantee an appointment. A booking is confirmed once the practice has agreed to the appointment date, time, service and applicable fee. Clients may be asked to complete intake forms, informed consent documents or other relevant paperwork before counselling begins.
Online Counselling
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they have a suitable private space and a reliable internet connection. A session may need to be paused or rescheduled if technical problems, privacy concerns or safety issues prevent it from continuing appropriately.
Fees and Cancellations
Fees and payment arrangements are explained before an appointment is confirmed. EFT is the accepted payment method. Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements are explained in the separate Cancellation Policy.
