Fees
The applicable fee will be communicated to the client when an appointment is arranged. Fees may differ depending on the type of service requested. Fees may be reviewed from time to time. Any change will be communicated before a future appointment is booked at the revised rate.
Payment Method
The practice accepts payment through electronic funds transfer (EFT). Payment details will be provided through an appropriate communication when the appointment is arranged. Clients should use the payment reference provided by the practice and avoid including sensitive personal or counselling information in their bank reference.
Payment Arrangements
The payment arrangements, including when payment is due, will be communicated when booking. Clients are responsible for paying the agreed fee for the service booked. Proof of payment may be requested where necessary.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, such as for a session cancelled by the practice or a duplicate payment, the arrangements will be discussed with the client and handled in accordance with applicable law. Cancellation and rescheduling rules are explained separately in the Cancellation Policy.
