Emergency Information
Bonny Mogano Counselling Services provides online wellness counselling. The practice does not provide emergency or 24-hour crisis services and is not a substitute for emergency care.
If You or Someone Else Is in Immediate Danger
In South Africa, the following emergency contacts are available:
- 112 — Emergency assistance from a mobile phone.
- 10111 — South African Police Service.
- 10177 — Ambulance services.
- SADAG Suicide Crisis Helpline: 0800 567 567.
You may also go to the nearest hospital emergency department for urgent assistance.
Do Not Wait for a Response
Website enquiries, emails and messages are not monitored continuously. They should not be used to report an emergency or request immediate crisis support. If you are worried that you may harm yourself or someone else, seek urgent help from emergency services, a healthcare professional or a trusted person who can help you access care.
After an Emergency
Once immediate safety needs have been addressed, you may enquire about whether supportive counselling is suitable for your situation. Referral to another professional or service may be recommended where specialist or emergency care is needed.
