The practice provides wellness counselling and supportive services within the counsellor's training, qualifications and scope of practice. The services do not include psychological diagnosis, psychiatric treatment or medical treatment. Where a person's needs fall outside the counsellor's scope of practice, referral to an appropriate professional or service may be recommended.
